On 5 and 6 May between 10:00-18:00, in the foyer of the Main Hall of the National Theatre in Bucharest, over 80 designers from 28 countries will meet the public at the 17th edition of AUTOR, the only contemporary and art jewelry fair in South East Europe. This year the event welcomes a growing number of participants from Asia, especially designers from China.
Cleopatra Coșulet, one of the most talented Romanian contemporary jewelry artists was the focus designer at the 2018 edition of AUTOR – International Contemporary Jewelry Fair. Her collection titled “The World Inside” speaks about a dynamic and heterogeneous inner universe, with varied emotions and experiences, which reveals itself to the viewer with honesty and invite to reflection and interaction.
“It is my fifth participation to AUTOR and every time I feel the emotion of meeting a special audience, with whom I can share personal feelings, born out of my relationship with the world and carried into the jewelry I create. It is a great joy to see them going into the hands of those who will choose and wear them, giving them a new life, making them part of their own journey” says Cleopatra Coșulet.

„AUTOR platform created contexts. The international contemporary and art jewelry fair is the most important one, for the participating designers as well as for the public who has access to such a selection only once a year in Bucharest. We hope that for both, 5 and 6 May will be two days of delight and joy. Contemporary jewelry becomes alive when it is worn. See you at AUTOR!” said Dan Pierșinaru, Director and founder of AUTOR – International Contemporary Jewelry Fair.
