I’m a contemporary jewellery designer and maker, owner of Eli Art to Wear jewellery brand, based in Israel. A graduate of Shaenkar College of Engineering and Design, second year in my master’s degree at Shenkar. My vision is to make art and design through jewellery. Pieces of wearable art. The design starts with an observation on a man standing next to a structure. I design first the structure, shell and a form that exists on its own. Then reflect the object on the body into jewellery. I use abstract art in order to soften the architecture look.
What are the main concepts translated through your work?

I design first the structure, shell and a form that exists on its own. Then reflect the object on the body into jewellery. I use abstract art in order to soften the architecture look.
What material would you like to get to work with but haven’t had the chance yet?
I would love to work with polymers.
How would you describe the person wearing your jewellery?
The person wearing my jewellery is an art and design lover. A person who has his own fashion statement.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
I think the best advice I got regarding design was to be true to yourself and to trust your instincts; regarding life: I know it’s corny, but to look at everything through a positive filter.
If you were to be a piece of jewellery, what would you be?
I would probably be a ring, I’m a person that contains people like a ring. I’m stable when I connect to someone.
