To recreate the strong, 𝑒𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓁 𝒷𝑜𝓃𝒹, the intimate and personal connection, more couples choose to capture their union trough a process that honors it – the embedding of their fingerprints on their wedding rings. The MOOGU wedding rings collection is about transformational experiences, about emotions that accompany a new love, a love transposed into minimalist contemporary jewelry.
A truly unique element is the fingerprint, the elliptical swirl of our identities. Fingerprints serve to two physiological purposes: friction producer (the ability to grab an object) and vibration amplifier (the ability to feel the finest textures). But this kind of scientific explanation of the fingerprint doesn’t take into consideration the emotional side, the symbolism of it.
To recreate the strong, emotional bond, the intimate and personal connection, more couples choose to capture their union trough a process that honors it – the embedding of their fingerprints on their wedding rings. Moogu Contemporary Jewellery is coming with a special wedding ring collection, a finger-printed line that celebrates the romantic bond in a truly unique way.
Wedding rings with fingerprints – contemporary minimalist jewelry
Moogu Contemporary Jewellry is a creator of handmade contemporary jewelry and a creator of love stories. Their finger-printed wedding rings are transforming the connection between two souls into a creative act. The wax imprint design complements the brilliance of the final jewelry and transforms it into pure emotion, into an authentic author jewelry.
However, the most exciting moment is the direct involvement of couples in the process of creation, on Brezoianu Street no. 4, Bucharest, at the showroom dedicated to contemporary unique jewelry, MOOGU SHOWROOM & STUDIO.
In this art workshop, couples are expected to express their feelings that have united them with a special wax imprint kit. The impressions made through this unique process will then be used in creating the pair of authentic wedding rings. As Andreea Mogoşanu (Moogu Contemporary Jewelery) told us:
“Our process involves a sculptural technique, which produces a truly unique ring, carved with the texture of your fingerprint. Your lover is literally wrapped around your finger. Our creative concept – using wax for engraving – allows us to capture the real texture of the prints. All of these are handmade by us, one by one. “
The story goes on
The first fingerprints were discovered on clay tablets, dating back to ancient Egypt and ancient Greece, thus leaving a physical legacy of our existence that has survived thousands of years.
In a similar way, the creation of a wedding ring with the imprint of the beloved person, gives us the possibility of leaving something behind, a mini work of art – created today for a love meant to last an eternity.
