From Sunday, 18th to Wednesday, 21st February, the prestigious event unfolds at Fieramilano (Rho), affirming its status as an exclusive sector showcase. This edition features 580 brands, with 45% hailing from abroad, unveiling original and innovative collections for Spring/Summer 2024, along with glimpses of Autumn/Winter 2024.
The collaboration with Poli.Design continues, introducing new spaces dedicated to research and avant-garde visions, transcending national boundaries. “Visionaires” hosts 80 artworks by #Visionaires designers, offering insights into seasonal essentials and trending colors. “Design Direction” explores the evolution of contemporary costume, defining the 2026 fashion forecasts through immersive experiences named MIX-UP and SENSES.
Notable additions to the February edition include a Sustainability Infopoint by Cna Federmoda, addressing the vital issue of separate textile collection for sustainable and circular textiles. The Exploring Sustainable Fashion area, in collaboration with SFASHION-NET, showcases select brands, presenting a new interpretation of fashion through practices like upcycling, biomaterials, and circular economy.
The Beauty&Lifestyle area is introduced, emphasizing the synergy between fashion and beauty accessories. This experiential space showcases real beauty devices as true fashion accessories, creating exclusive and complete looks.
In a bid to support young creatives, Milano Fashion&Jewels joins the 34th edition of the National Competition Professione Moda Giovani Stilisti organized by CNA Federmoda. Winners will receive targeted communication activities and the chance to showcase their garments at international events.
A robust schedule of lectures, workshops, and discussions enhances the event. The inaugural conference, “Who makes my fashion accessories? Ethical and social responsibility in the fashion system,” featuring sustainability expert Marina Spadafora, promises enlightening discussions.
