A jewellery-maker association representing a diverse range of unique and original jewellery-makers, each working with different materials. “Bound by Jewellery” reflects the idea that jewellery-making is not just a craft or a profession, but a passion and a way of life. We are bound together by our love of creating beautiful and meaningful pieces of jewellery, using a wide range of materials and techniques. Whether we work with precious metals and gemstones, or more unconventional materials like wood, glass, or found objects, we all share a dedication to craftsmanship and creativity. Our goal is to bring Czech jewellery-makers closer to the contemporary jewellery world, by showcasing our work to a wider audience and connecting them with
other makers and enthusiasts in the field.
“Wearing our art, expressing our humanity” This phrase captures the idea that jewellery is not just an accessory, but a form of self-expression and a reflection of our values, beliefs, and personalities. By wearing and creating jewellery, we can connect with others and express our unique perspective on the world.
At “Bound by Jewellery,” we believe that jewellery-making is a way of celebrating our humanity and our connection to each other and the world around us.Hanuš Lamr works with precious metals and stones in which he contemplates
nature. The jewelry designs, in their intricacy and well-conceived composition, are provocative.

Silvie Hrušková creates jewellery especially from grapevine wood. Creates an object, a tiny piece of architecture, a piece of jewellery. To adorn oneself while remaining in harmony with nature.

Milan Nováček sees jewellery-making as a form of play rather than work, allowing him to unleash his creativity and bring his ideas to life.

Kateřina Blašková believes jewellery embodies individuality and liberation, while glass reflects the paradoxical nature of humanity – simultaneously sturdy and delicate.
