Ana Barbu, Doru Dumitrescu, Iza Vișoianu, Cleopatra Coșuleț, Mona Velciov and SunYoung Kim awarded at AUTOR 2016 – #TheFwordEdition

The 2016 edition of the International Contemporary Jewellery Fair happened on April 16th & 17th and brought together 70 designers and more than 2000 jewellery lovers – Free, Fearless and always ready to put their limits to the test and to escape in creative realms.
The AUTOR Family is now greater with 70 talented designers coming from 26 Fascinating countries like Argentina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Columbia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Letonia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal Romania, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, the U.S. or Turkey.

The most Fascinating artists were awarded this weekend at AUTOR 2016.

AAA (Autor Awesome Award)
The awesome designer of the edition: Ana Barbu UZURA from Romania received the AUTOR Awesome Award and the opportunity to attend a contemporary jewellery class at Alchimia Jewellery School in Florence. The awarded trophy was created by the winner at the latest edition of the Fair, Ana Marchetanu.

Assamblage Award
Iza Vișoianu – Snob. from Romania was rewarded with a jewelry course at Assamblage – the only contemporary jewelry school in Bucharest.

ELLE Award
ELLE Magazine Fashion editors have chosen one designer to whom they will dedicate an article in the next issue of the most visible and best sold Romanian Fashion magazine: Mona Velciov – Monotip, from Romania.

Krama Institute Award
Cleopatra Coșuleț from Romania won a jewelry course at Krama School of Contemporary Jewellery in Athens.

Joya Barcelona Award
The Joya Award consists of direct entrance and Free of charge participation at the 2016 edition of the fair, in Barcelona and was awarded to SunYoung Kim, from South Korea.

Molecule-F Award
The receiver of the Molecule F Award is Doru Dumitrescu Wearable Sculptures from Romania. Initiated at the 2016 edition of the fair, the award brings online and oFFline promotion for the winning designer from Molecule F – the brand supporting Romanian designers.

People’s Choice Award
Simeon Shomov from Bulgaria was the Favourite of the public. The Award gives the chosen designer the chance to automatically take part in the next edition of AUTOR.
