We are proud to announce our new partnership with Venice Design Week, a vibrant collection of events that started in 2010 and is dedicated to enriching the relationship between design, arts and crafts.
AUTOR – VDW partnership will be reflected at the 18th anniversary edition of our fair with a special award – Venice Design Week Award.
The award winning artist will have the opportunity to exhibit at Venice Design Week 2019 edition by :
- showcasing in the main exhibition of the jewelry section at Venice Design Week, in October 2019
- presence in the inGallery, in the section “Meet the designers”
The new theme for the jewelry section at the 2019 Venice Design Week is “reBIRTH”.
The recipient of the Venice Design Week Award at AUTOR will be selected by Michella Codutti, Venice Design Week representative and Dan Piersinaru, founder AUTOR.
Venice Design Week takes place in October at the same time as La Biennale di Venezia. Exhibitions and events are spread out all over the city, giving locals and tourists alike the opportunity to discover all the exhibitions, museums, workshops, and artists’ studios, offering a thrilling combination of exploring visions of the future and diving into the past.
With this partnership, AUTOR continues to widen its European cooperation network offering designers new and exciting opportunities to be more visible and connect to various audiences.
