Art-up, the new contemporary jewelry school, accredited by the Ministry of Labor with the specialization “Precious Metal Jeweler”, reaches one year of activity.

Although recently established, the school can already boast the completion of projects representative for the Romanian contemporary jewelry scene, including two workshops in collaboration with the Goethe Institute and AUTOR, a participation in the 19th edition of the AUTOR International Contemporary Jewelry Fair 2022, a participation in the Romanian Design Week and two editions of “Art-up – Open Doors Day”.
Each event was attended by artists and jewelry designers from Romania and abroad, both established creators of beauty and enthusiasts just starting out.
Art-up provides customized courses for various levels of training in the jewelry field: from ”Inception” – a beginners course, from evening or weekend workshops, to “The Lord of the Rings” – an advanced course, to “Various Forging Techniques, Filigree Course or Wax Modelling Course”. Aware of the participants’ needs, the teachers have conceived special courses for both adults and children, with daytime, evening or weekend classes, reaching out even to people who wish to create their own wedding rings or offer a personalized gift.
Through its teachers and the collaborations fostered, Art-up presents itself as an active and dynamic jewelry school, always looking for new and stimulating projects for its students, aiming to create artists and trends.
With a maximum capacity of 10 participants per course, the Art-up school of contemporary jewelry aims to give full attention and information to anyone eager to discover the secrets of jewelry making.
