I’ve been considering myself as a baby in the world of jewelry-making, I appreciate how I get to be expressive through the process of creating my works. Working mainly with metals, I’m always amazed by the various techniques and the limitless possibility of the material.
Atelier Jamais identifies with me and vice versa. All my creations reflect moments, wishes and feelings. The raw materials I work with come to life through passion.
I want to evolve and I try to express as many things as I can in the only possible way for me: the one which is representative for who I am.
Sometimes, my objects carry rather uncomfortable messages, but I always try to underline the silver lining that seems even brighter when it’s surrounded by darkness. The design has been significantly simplified in recent years and clear lines and natural or recycled materials now form the base of my works.
I have a passion for everything design and art related and my influences come mainly from this areas with a great contribution from my imagination that filters and alters information according to inspiration and mood.
My vision is to make art and design through jewellery. Pieces of wearable art. The design starts with an observation on a man standing next to a structure.
I am fascinated by many things and I am trying to discover as much as I can. I wish to explore the most of contemporary jewellery and to learn and create.
I never wanted to create embellishment, but to bing ideas to life.
Freezing the the ephemera in beauty, colour and unexpected shape always motivates me and I hope this also brings pleasure to other viewers.
